From immediate life-saving relief to the foundations of early recovery, Sarvodaya Sri Lanka‘s response to Cyclone Ditwah reflects the power of coordinated, community-led action.

Between 5 and 22 December 2025, Sarvodaya reached over 6,205 people across 15 districts, delivering food, water, dry rations, medical support, and psychosocial care while maintaining 24/7 emergency coordination through its Emergency Operations Centre.
