In an effort to facilitate opportunities for Sri Lankan female-led entrepreneurship, the project in partnership with Expolanka will fund female entrepreneurs to establish and enhance their business ventures, with a focus on those at the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MME) level in the Colombo district.  

Sarvodaya will render support through provision of holistic support that will create an enabling environment for female-led enterprises to thrive. This will be accomplished through the delivery of financial resources, as well as technical support that will help these ventures to adapt and build resilience in a post-COVID environment. The project will support 120 MMEs across the Colombo district, enabling more Sri Lankan women to gain financial independence, and likewise generate a ripple effect across society.
