While I’m sitting here in my office – no chance to help my friends in Sri Lanka physically – you did and are doing so great work.
Your success-stories are admirable. Your analysis are very clear and the steps you already took and those you have to do the next years (I fear so) are strong issues.

Cherished Mr. Ariyaratne, dear Sarvodaya- people,
While I study your website, I feel admiration for your engagement. The way how you are working for a social welfare while you are giving people their dignity back and thus stabilize their will to live again and progress in a better future is exceptional.
I came to Sri Lanka as a tourist a few days after Tsunami and naturally changed my plans to start some help. With quite a few very engaged people from the health sector we started an outpatient clinic in destroyed Dickwella which we still run and where we give free medical support to the needful. A well known german NGO (ASB) has supported our efforts and is now taking care of the lokal hospital and school.
Your organisation has been presented to me by Mr Manick Rodrigo of Barberyn in Beruwala/Weligama and since then I tried to make contact to your organisation on a local basis for a coordination of efforts.
